To reserve your child’s spot in our program, we require a signed Parent Agreement Form, $70 enrollment/enrichment fee, and 1 week's worth of care paid in advance. Checks can be made out to: Michelle Schmidt.

Once we have received these three items your child’s spot is reserved. The Parent Agreement Form can be found below, along with all other additional forms (4 total) that must be completed within the first week of your child’s start date. This includes an up-to-date copy of your child’s immunization record before they can attend.
