Blu Mar | Est. 2021

We know what a privilege it is to be trusted with your child’s future and how choosing Blu Mar will set your child up for success. Blu Mar feels that education starts at infancy, as ages 6 weeks - 5 years is the most important developmental time in a child's life.

It is our job as caregivers to work together to provide your child with all the necessary tools for fostering good social and emotional health, proper language and communication,  physical development, and cognitive skills. At Blu Mar, we are committed to helping you see your child succeed.

Child

Care Philosophy

At Blu Mar, we believe that children love to learn. They are born with a curiosity about their world and a desire to explore it and take everything in it has to offer.  We foster this curiosity by providing them with opportunities to interact with a variety of different materials and situations. We also believe that the number one way that children learn is through self-led teaching with the guidance of a caregiver.  At Blu Mar we use Traditional Education and Highscope philosophies. Children have hands-on experiences with their surroundings, which fosters the development of problem-solving tactics, conflict-resolution methods, and other important skills. Learning is supported through consistent daily routines and well-organized classrooms.

The Mission

All children should be given every opportunity to grow into their best selves. We believe that high-quality education based on decades of research will be the key to the upwards trajectory of your child’s success in all future endeavors. Most importantly we believe that when a child is provided the opportunity to preserve and enhance a positive sense of self, then the essential foundation for all learning and self-actualization has been established.
